Getting Started
Browse thousands of products from trusted local and international stores on XiriGo. You can explore and add items to your basket as a guest; creating a free account lets you track orders, save favourites, and check out faster.
Orders & Tracking
After checkout you receive an order confirmation, and every order can be followed from the Orders tab — including live delivery tracking where available. You also get a notification at each step, from confirmation to out-for-delivery.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery options and times are shown on each product and at checkout and vary by store. If something isn't right, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery — start a return from your order details and we'll guide you through it.
Payments & Security
We accept major cards and supported local payment methods. Payments are processed by certified providers (Adyen and Stripe); XiriGo never stores your full card details, and all traffic is encrypted.
Your Account & Privacy
Manage your profile, addresses, and notification and tracking preferences from Settings. You can review or withdraw consent at any time, request your data, or permanently delete your account — your privacy choices are always in your hands.
